Does requesting a quote start a subscription?

No. The form starts a conversation about your requirements. No card is required, and submitting it creates no subscription or payment obligation.

How do the billing options differ?

Monthly plans are billed month to month. Annual commitments can be paid monthly or upfront. The cards show both the monthly equivalent and the total annual commitment.

Do signers need an account?

Recipients can sign using their individual link without registering. An account is needed to use the document list and sending workspace.

What happens to previously signed documents?

Completed documents do not trigger new signing requests. Email permissions for existing accounts require separate administrator approval.

Are signing reminders sent automatically?

No. Reminders are sent manually to the next pending signer. Configured SMTP, sending permission and the appropriate recipient permission are required.
